Terry Pytarz's Dad

For those of you who know Terry Pytlarz, '79, his father passed away this past week (details below). Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Ron Kibbe, '81.
Harry P. Pytlarz Harry P. Pytlarz, 85 of Erie died Wednesday January 17,
2007 at the Village at Luther Square. He was born in Erie September 23,
1921 son of the late John and Clara Krasinski Pytlarz. Harry was a United States Army Veteran of World War II. He was a retired employee of GE.
Harry was a very active member of Holy Trinity Church, where he served as Eucharistic Minister, Lector and Usher, sang in the Resurrection Choir and served as Scout Master for 15 years. He was a member of Society of Holy Trinity Club, PNA Club and the American Legion Carl Neff Post. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Cynthia Pytlarz, sisters Florence Yaple and Irene Kiser, and brothers Raymond, Albert, Henry, and Andrew Pytlarz. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Mizikowski Pytlarz of Erie, sons Donald Pytlarz and wife Patricia of Erie, and Terry Pytlarz and wife Jan of Erie, grandchildren Holly Parker, Christy Benacci, Ian and Alexander Pytlarz, great grandchildren Zachary Douglas, Summer Rose Benacci, and Gabrielle Parker, sister Clara "Dolly"
Sullivan and husband Nelson "Bob" of Tennessee brothers, John Pytlarz and wife Dorothy of Albion, and Edward Pytlarz and wife Shirley of Erie and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Carl A. Slomski & Son Funeral Home Inc. 2101 Ash St. on Sunday 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. and may attend a service there Monday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Trinity Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery with full military honors. Members of Holy Trinity Ushers will meet for a prayer service at the funeral home Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Church 2220 Reed St. Erie, Pa.
